Your hardware wallet deserves a paper ledger that stays current

We maintain allocation records by hand for cold-storage holders who want a readable, dated paper trail beside their devices — reconciled quarterly at our Jongno office or by secure video.

Paper-ledger maintenance for allocation tracking

Hardware wallets store keys; they do not give you a clear, dated record of how your holdings are split across addresses, vaults, and family members. System Maplefield fills that gap with bound ledgers, cross-referenced index cards, and reconciliation sessions that compare your paper record against on-chain balances you choose to disclose.

Our practitioners work only with information you bring. We never ask for seed phrases, private keys, or remote access to your devices.

Each client receives a numbered ledger volume with pre-printed allocation tables, margin notes for policy changes, and a separate change log for transfers between cold and warm storage. Sessions typically run ninety minutes and end with a signed reconciliation sheet you can store with your estate documents.

Initial Ledger Setup

First-time binding, tabbing, and allocation table layout for clients starting a paper record beside their hardware wallet.

Details
After our first reconciliation, I finally had a single ledger page that matched what my Ledger showed across three accounts. The practitioner flagged a duplicate address label I had been carrying for months.
— Hyeon-ju K., quarterly reconciliation client, Mapo-gu
The setup session ran long because I had messy notes in three notebooks. They did not rush me, though I wish I had brought cleaner drafts the first time.
— Marcus T., initial ledger setup, Seongsu

For clients who want a digital checklist alongside their bound ledger, we publish a simple allocation worksheet through the Microsoft Store. It mirrors our paper templates and does not connect to any wallet.
