Information we collect

  • Contact form: name, email, message, session preference, optional preferred date
  • Session records: ledger volume numbers, reconciliation dates, signed sheets (stored in our archive with your consent)
  • Website usage: optional analytics cookies if you accept them (see Cookie Policy)

We do not collect seed phrases, private keys, wallet PINs, or full wallet addresses unless you voluntarily provide partial fragments for labelling purposes during a session.

How we use data

  • Respond to inquiries and schedule sessions
  • Maintain continuity between reconciliation visits
  • Improve website content when analytics cookies are accepted

Processing is based on contract performance (sessions you book), legitimate interest (responding to inquiries), and consent (analytics cookies).

Retention

Contact form submissions are retained for twenty-four months. Session archives are retained for seven years or until you request deletion, whichever is sooner, unless longer retention is required by law.

Your rights

International transfers

Our website may be accessed from outside Korea. Data is processed primarily in Seoul. If we use service providers abroad, we ensure appropriate safeguards.

Security

We use encrypted connections, access controls on client archives, and staff training on confidentiality. No method of transmission is completely secure.
