Extended note: the Han reconciliation
The Han family maintains three hardware wallets across two generations. Their ledger had grown to nineteen allocation rows with inconsistent date formats. Over two quarterly sessions, we standardised the change log, reprinted index cards, and produced a reconciliation sheet the family counsel could reference.
The second session ran thirty minutes over because a transfer between cold storage and a warm wallet had not been recorded on paper. We noted it in the margin and adjusted the next session estimate accordingly.
