Quarterly Reconciliation
A ninety-minute session comparing your paper ledger against disclosed on-chain balances, with signed reconciliation sheets.
Who this is for
Cold-storage holders who update their hardware wallet balances regularly but struggle to keep a paper record aligned with actual allocations across addresses, family sub-accounts, and vault labels.
What happens during the session
Your practitioner opens your numbered ledger volume and walks through each allocation row. You provide wallet addresses and approximate balances at the time of the session — we never request seed phrases or device PINs. Discrepancies are noted in the margin with a dated correction entry.
The session ends with a reconciliation sheet signed by both parties. One copy stays in your ledger; the other is filed in our client archive for reference at your next visit.
Included
- Review of up to twelve allocation rows
- Margin corrections and change-log entries
- Signed reconciliation sheet
- Fifteen minutes of follow-up email within seven days
Not included
- Tax preparation or investment recommendations
- Recovery of lost keys or wallet access
- On-site visits outside our Jongno office (available as a separate engagement)
