1. Acceptance

By accessing system-maplefield.click or booking a session with System Maplefield Co., Ltd., you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

System Maplefield provides paper-ledger maintenance, reconciliation sessions, labelling audits, estate briefings, and related educational workshops for hardware-wallet holders. Our services are administrative and documentary in nature.

3. Intellectual property

Website content, ledger templates, and workshop materials are owned by System Maplefield Co., Ltd. You may not reproduce or distribute our templates commercially without written permission. Your personal ledger contents remain yours.

4. Client responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide during sessions. You must not ask our staff to access wallets, store seed phrases, or perform transactions on your behalf. We will decline such requests.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of the Republic of Korea, System Maplefield Co., Ltd. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services or website. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the session giving rise to the claim.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Seoul.

7. Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
